The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is not far away from you—it lives inside you. If you belong to Christ, God's Spirit has taken up residence in your heart. That means resurrection power is not just a Bible story. It is your everyday reality.

But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
Think about what that means for your tired body and your busy life. When you wake up exhausted, when stress wears you down, when your body feels older than it should—you are not running on your own strength alone. God's Spirit is ready to breathe fresh life into you, moment by moment.
So how do you live this out today? Start your morning with a simple prayer: 'Holy Spirit, fill me and energize me for this day.' When you hit that afternoon slump, instead of only reaching for coffee, pause and remember who lives in you. Take a deep breath and ask Him to renew your strength.
Also, treat your body like the temple it is. Rest when you need rest, eat well, and move around—because God's Spirit makes His home in you. Caring for yourself is a way of honoring the life He is giving you.
And here is the best part: this life is meant to overflow. When God energizes you, share that energy with your family, your coworkers, and your neighbors. A Spirit-filled life brings hope wherever it goes.
Dear Lord, thank You that Your Spirit lives in me and gives life to my body, my mind, and my spirit. Fill me afresh today with Your strength, and help me to care for this body You have given me. Let Your resurrection life flow through me to everyone I meet. Amen.
