Revelation 21:4

Everyone you meet is carrying something. Grief, illness, loneliness, regrets that won't let go — pain touches every single life. This promise doesn't pretend those things aren't real. It tells us they won't get the final word.

That matters because hope changes how we hurt today. You don't have to hide your tears from God or get yourself together before coming to Him. He invites you to bring the raw, messy stuff straight to His feet.

So live like someone who knows how the story ends. When bad news comes, you can grieve without falling apart, because God has promised a future with no hospital waiting rooms, no funerals, no empty chairs at the table.

And here's a practical step: be part of God's comfort right now. Bring a meal to someone who's sick, sit with a friend who's grieving, or just send a text to someone who's struggling. When you gently care for another person's hurt, you give them a small taste of the healing God has promised.

Dear Father, thank You that You see every tear I've cried and none of them are wasted. Help me hold on to Your promise when today feels heavy, and use me to bring comfort to someone else who is hurting. Amen.
