Revelation 14:12

Endurance in the Christian life usually isn't dramatic. It's quiet. It looks like getting up tomorrow and choosing to follow Jesus again — even when nothing exciting is happening and no one is clapping for you.

For most of us, perseverance plays out in ordinary places. It's telling the truth at work when a lie would be easier. It's praying one more time for a wayward child. It's showing up to serve when you're tired, and forgiving someone who hasn't even apologized yet.

Don't measure your faith by your feelings. Feelings rise and fall, but faithfulness is a choice you make one day at a time. When you feel like giving up, that's often exactly when God is doing His deepest work in you.

And remember — you were never meant to endure in your own strength. The same God who called you is the One who holds you. Saints through every generation have run this same road, and God carried every one of them to the finish.

Dear Lord, give me strength to keep following You today, even when the road feels long. Help me stay faithful in the small things and hold tightly to my trust in Jesus. Thank You that I never walk alone. Amen.
