Revelation 1:6

Have you ever felt like getting close to God depends on someone else, like you need a pastor or a perfect church service to be truly spiritual? This truth flips that thinking upside down. Jesus has already made you a priest. You did not earn that role, and you cannot lose it by having an ordinary life. He simply gave it to you.

So what does a priest do on a random Tuesday afternoon? A priest carries people to God in prayer and carries God's presence to people. That means your coworker's stress, your child's worries, and your neighbor's loneliness are actually your assignments today. You do not need a title or a platform, just a willing heart.

It also means your everyday moments are sacred. The patience you show in traffic, the kindness you offer a stranger, the way you speak when you are frustrated—these are acts of worship from someone who belongs to the King. Small choices matter more than you realize.

And when you remember who He is, glorious and reigning forever, praise stops feeling forced. You are not just surviving another week; you are representing a Kingdom. Walk into today with your head up, your prayers ready, and your lips full of praise.

Dear Lord, thank You for making me part of Your kingdom and calling me one of Your priests. Help me pray for the people around me today and live in a way that points them to You. To You be the glory forever. Amen.
