Psalms 24:1

Everything you own — every dollar in your account, every meal on your table, every roof over your head — already belongs to God. That truth isn't meant to discourage you; it's meant to free you. You're not the owner of your life. You're the manager of it.

Think about what that means for your money. When you give to someone in need, you're not really losing anything — you're moving the Owner's resources where He wants them to go. Generosity gets a whole lot easier when your fists aren't clenched around what was never yours to begin with.

It also means you never have to panic about provision. The One who owns everything on this earth calls you His child. So instead of stressing over this month's bills, bring them to Him and ask for wisdom, open doors, and steady hands.

Here's a simple challenge for today: pick one thing you've been gripping tightly — your savings, a dream, your packed schedule — and hand it back to God in prayer. Then ask Him how He wants you to use it this week. You might be surprised where He directs it.

And remember, you belong to Him too — your time, your talents, your tomorrows. Living as a faithful steward isn't a burden. It's the safest, most peaceful way to live.

Father, thank You that everything I will ever need is already in Your hands. Teach me to hold Your gifts loosely, use them wisely, and trust You fully today. Amen.
