Psalms 149:3

Praise was never meant to stay locked in our heads. God gave you a voice, hands, and feet, and He invites you to use all of it to honor Him. In Scripture, worship is often loud, physical, and full of joy—not quiet and restrained.

So today, let your body join in. Turn on worship music while you fold laundry or drive to work, and sing along out loud. Clap your hands. Tap your foot. Sway a little. It might feel awkward at first, but that awkward feeling fades fast when your focus is on Him.

If you worry about looking silly, remember this: praise is not a performance for people. It is a gift to God. Even if you are alone in your kitchen, He delights in your worship exactly as it is—off-key notes and all.

And when words run out, let movement carry your praise. Dance when you are grateful. Hum a song of hope when you are stressed. Your whole self was made to glorify God, so give Him everything you've got today.

Dear Lord, thank You for making me able to praise You with my voice, my hands, and my whole heart. Help me worship You boldly and joyfully today, without holding back. Amen.
