Psalms 148:2

Right now, in a world we cannot see, angels are praising God. Not because someone told them to, but because seeing His greatness makes praise the only natural response. Heaven is never quiet about who God is — and that should stir something in us today.

Think about it: mighty angels who stand in God's presence every moment still lift their voices in praise. If beings that powerful and that close to glory never stop worshiping, we shouldn't treat praise as an optional extra in our busy lives. It's not beneath anyone — it's what we were made for.

So here's a practical step: start your day with praise before anything else gets your attention. Before you check your phone, before the worries of the day pile up, simply say, "God, You are good." Do it in the car, in the kitchen, while you work. Small, honest praise spoken out loud has a way of setting your whole heart right.

And remember — when you praise God, you never do it alone. You are joining a song that never stops, a chorus far bigger than your circumstances. Praising God lifts your eyes off your problems and onto the One who holds everything, and that changes how you walk through your day.

Dear Lord, open my eyes to Your greatness the way the angels see it, and teach me to praise You with a willing heart. Help me make praise the first words of my day and the habit of my life. Amen.
