Psalms 135:21

Try bookending your day with praise. Before you reach for your phone in the morning, say one simple thank-you to God. Before you fall asleep at night, name one thing He did for you that day, even something small. These little habits train your heart to notice Him.

Praise is also powerful on hard days. When the news is heavy or your to-do list is overwhelming, choosing to praise God redirects your focus from your problems to the One who reigns over them. It doesn't deny your struggles—it just reminds you who is bigger than they are.

Finally, let your praise be heard. Tell a friend what God has done for you. Thank Him out loud where your kids or roommates can hear. Praise is contagious, and your simple words of blessing might spark someone else's faith today.

Dear Lord, thank You for dwelling with me and never leaving me to face life alone. Fill my mornings and my evenings with praise, and help me bless You even on the difficult days. Let my words of praise point others to You today. Amen.
