Proverbs 8:17

Love in our walk with God is never one-sided. He is not hiding from you or playing hard to get. When you reach for Him, He promises you will find Him. That is a guarantee you can build your whole life on.

Notice the word 'diligently.' Seeking God is not a one-time decision or a Sunday-only habit. It is the daily choice to turn your heart toward Him—in the morning before the rush, in the middle of a stressful afternoon, and at night before you close your eyes.

Today, this can look very simple. Open your Bible for five minutes before you check your phone. Whisper a short prayer while you commute or wash dishes. Thank Him for one good thing at dinner. Small, steady moments like these add up to a real relationship.

The same truth works in your human relationships too. Love grows where attention goes. If you want deeper connection with God, your spouse, your kids, or a friend, show up consistently and pursue them instead of waiting for them to come to you.

Dear Lord, thank You that You love me and promise to be found when I seek You. Help me make time for You today, not out of duty but out of genuine love. Draw me closer as I reach for You. Amen.
