Real friendship isn't just for the good days. It's easy to show up when there's food, laughter, and celebration. But true love stays at the table when life gets messy — when the job is lost, the diagnosis comes, or the tears won't stop.

Think about the people in your life right now. Maybe someone has gone quiet lately, carrying something heavy they haven't told anyone. A simple text, a phone call, or a knock on their door could remind them they're not alone.

Loving at all times also means loving when it's hard — when a friend is irritable, when they've let you down, or when the friendship feels one-sided. That's when love stops being a feeling and becomes a choice. And those choices are what build friendships that last.

Today, be the kind of friend you hope to have. Show up, listen well, and forgive quickly. You don't need perfect words — just a willing heart and a little of your time.

Dear Lord, thank You for loving me at all times, even on my worst days. Help me love my friends with that same steady, faithful love today. Show me one person who needs me to show up for them. Amen.
