Jesus had every right to be the most important person in any room. Instead, He picked up the towel and got to work. When His disciples argued about who was greatest, He flipped the whole idea upside down: the way up is down, and the way to be great is to serve.
Most serving looks pretty ordinary. It might be doing the dishes without being asked, staying late to help a coworker, or taking the church job nobody wants. None of it will make headlines, but that's exactly the kind of service Jesus modeled.
Here's a real test for today: do one good thing you'll never be thanked for. No mention, no credit, no post about it. That's when serving stops being about us and starts looking like Jesus.
