Luke 17:5

The disciples came to Jesus with an honest request: they felt their faith was too small for what He was asking of them. Maybe you've prayed the same thing. Life gets heavy, and it's tempting to believe you just aren't strong enough to keep trusting.

But Jesus' answer was surprising. He told them that faith as tiny as a mustard seed is enough to uproot trees and move mountains. The problem usually isn't the size of our faith — it's whether we're actually putting the faith we have to work.

So today, stop waiting until you feel more spiritual and start using the faith you already have. Trust God with one specific worry instead of carrying it alone. Forgive one person who owes you an apology. Take that one small step of obedience you've been putting off.

Faith works like a muscle: it grows through use, not through wishing it were bigger. And remember, your confidence rests on who God is, not on how strong your feelings are. He does the heavy lifting — your part is simply to show up and trust Him a little more today than yesterday.

Father, I bring You my small, honest faith and ask You to grow it. Thank You that You're pleased with mustard-seed trust placed in a mighty God. Help me use my faith today instead of wishing I had more. Amen.
