Luke 1:37

When the angel Gabriel spoke to Mary, everything he said defied logic. She was a young woman with ordinary plans, and God was asking her to believe something no one had ever seen. Her story reminds us that God's word doesn't need our circumstances to cooperate — His word carries its own power.

Think about your own 'impossible' right now. Maybe it's a marriage that feels beyond repair, a wayward child, a troubling health report, or a financial hole that keeps getting deeper. Human math says it's hopeless. But God has never been limited by human math.

So here's a practical step: stop rehearsing the problem and start repeating the promise. Write down one Scripture that speaks to your situation and put it where you'll see it every day — your mirror, your phone lock screen, your kitchen counter. When fear whispers 'it will never change,' answer it out loud with what God has said.

And notice what Mary did: she didn't just believe, she surrendered — 'may it be to me as you have said.' Real faith invites God to work and stays willing to be part of the answer, even when it stretches us. Trust Him with the outcome, and take the next small step of obedience today.

Heavenly Father, I bring You the situations in my life that look impossible, and I choose to trust Your word over my worries. Help me believe that Your power is bigger than every problem I face. Strengthen my faith and keep me obedient until I see You move. Amen.
