John 7:38

Have you ever felt like you were running on empty? Jesus offers something better than just enough to get by. When we trust Him, He puts His Spirit deep inside us — a supply of strength and peace that doesn't depend on our circumstances.

The trouble is, we often try to quench our thirst with things that can't really satisfy: endless scrolling, constant busyness, even good things that crowd out the best thing. Today, pay attention to where you run when you feel dry. Then choose to come back to the Source first, even if it's just a few quiet minutes with Him before the day gets going.

Notice that Jesus promised rivers, not puddles. What He pours into you is meant to flow out to the people around you. That might look like a patient word to your kids, a kind text to a friend who's struggling, or simply staying calm when everything at work is stressful.

So here's your challenge: ask God to fill you fresh this morning, and before the day ends, let that refreshment spill over on at least one person. When His love flows through you, even an ordinary Tuesday becomes a chance for someone else to get a taste of Him.

Dear Lord, fill me fresh with Your Spirit today. Where I feel empty, be my source, and let Your love flow out of me to everyone I meet. Amen.
