And take heart in the other half of Jesus' promise: just as some rejected Him, others received His words — and some will receive yours too. Your steady faithfulness today may be planting seeds you won't see bloom this side of heaven. Stay at it.
Prayer
Dear Lord, thank You for being honest with me about the cost of following You. When I face rejection or criticism for Your name, give me the grace to endure without growing bitter. Keep me faithful, and let my life point others to You. Amen.
