Sometimes we feel too far from God to be healed — too broken, too busy, or too ashamed to come close. But God doesn't play favorites between those who are near and those who are far. He speaks peace over both, and healing flows from that peace. Wherever you are today, you are within reach of His voice.
Isaiah 57:19

I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near,” says Yahweh; “and I will heal them.”
Notice that healing starts with peace, not the other way around. Many of us are praying for God to fix a problem in our bodies or our circumstances, while our hearts are still churning with worry. Today, ask Him for peace first. A calm heart is often the soil where real healing begins.
This verse also says God creates the fruit of the lips — which means our words matter. If you have been speaking harshly to yourself, calling yourself hopeless or washed up, that's not the fruit God is growing in you. Let Him replace those words with His. Speak His peace out loud over your own life, even when you don't feel it yet.
Then pass it on. Someone in your world today is far off — distant from God, hurting, or alone. A simple text, a kind sentence, or a quiet prayer for them can carry God's peace further than you know. You might just be the lips He uses to bring someone healing.
One practical step: before you end the day, write down one worry and one person. Give the worry to God in prayer, and send the person an encouraging word. Peace in, peace out — that's how this verse gets lived out.
Dear Lord, I ask You to quiet my heart with Your peace today, whether I feel near to You or far away. Heal what is broken in me, and let my words carry that same peace to someone who needs it. Amen.
