Coming back to God starts with honesty. Today, name the thing that's been pulling you away—a habit, a grudge, a thought pattern you keep justifying. Don't dress it up or make excuses. Just bring it into the open with Him.

Notice the call is to forsake, not just to feel sorry. Real turning means leaving the old way behind, not only admitting it was wrong. That might look like deleting something from your phone, making an apology you've been avoiding, or refusing to rehearse an old resentment one more time.

And here's the best part: God's pardon is free. You don't have to earn your way back or punish yourself first. Turn around, come home, and receive mercy without paying a cent for it. That's the kind of God you have.
Prayer
Dear Lord, thank You that Your mercy is ready the moment I turn back to You. Help me forsake what's been pulling me away and come home today without shame. Amen.
