Still, many of us live like we have to prove our worth. We chase approval, scroll through everyone else's highlight reels, and whisper harsh things to ourselves when we fall short. Catch those moments this week. When the thought comes, "I'm not enough," answer it with the truth: you are already loved.

Living loved also changes how you treat people around you. The difficult coworker, the stranger who seems invisible, the family member who tests your patience—they are all precious in God's sight too. Ask Him to help you see them the way He sees you.

Today, start simple. Tell God in the morning, "Thank You that I am precious to You," and let that settle in your heart before the day gets busy. When you know you don't have to earn love, you can give it freely—without keeping score.
Prayer
Dear Lord, thank You for calling me precious and loved, even on my weakest days. Help me live today from Your love instead of working for anyone's approval, and open my eyes to see others as You see them. Amen.
