Hosea spoke these words to people who had wandered far from God, yet right in the middle of their mess, He promised revival. That should encourage you today: no situation in your life is too broken, too dry, or too dead for God to bring back to life. His specialty is resurrection.
Hosea 6:2

After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.
Maybe something in you feels worn out right now your prayer life, your marriage, a dream you quietly gave up on. Don't write it off. The God who raises the dead can breathe fresh life into the ordinary, tired corners of your life too.
But notice that revival starts with returning. Just before this promise, God called His people to come back to Him, not with empty religious words but with a sincere heart. If you want fresh life, start there today: tell God the honest truth about where you are and ask Him to meet you in it.
This promise also points ahead to something bigger Jesus rising from the grave and opening the way for us to live with God forever. Because He lives, your story does not end at the worst thing that has happened to you. Live today with that hope, walking through your day aware that God is with you and for you.
Father, I bring You the dry and broken places in my life today. Revive what has grown cold, and help me live each moment aware that I live before You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
