It's easy to wake up and immediately think about what's wrong—bills piling up, aches in our bodies, relationships that feel strained. Our minds tend to go straight to what we lack. But this verse reminds us that if we belong to Christ, we are already rich in the ways that matter most.
Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
Notice that the blessing has already happened. God didn't say He might bless us someday if we're good enough. He has blessed us—fully, completely, right now—through Jesus. That means no circumstance today can take away what God has given you.
So here's a practical step: before you check your phone or start your to-do list, name one spiritual blessing you have in Christ. Maybe it's forgiveness, peace with God, His presence with you, or the hope of heaven. Say it out loud, or write it down where you'll see it.
Then let that habit grow. When worry creeps in during the day, pause and thank God for one of these blessings instead. Praise doesn't deny your problems—it just puts them in the hands of the One who has already given you everything you need.
Dear Lord, thank You that in Christ I already have every blessing I need. Forgive me for the times I focus on what's missing instead of what You've given. Help me start today with a thankful heart and praise You all day long. Amen.
