I find more bitter than death the woman whose heart is snares and traps, whose hands are chains. Whoever pleases God shall escape from her; but the sinner will be ensnared by her.

So get practical: decide your boundaries before you're tested, not during. Cut off the apps, feeds, and late-night habits that pull you toward compromise. Don't linger at the edge of the snare to 'see what happens'—run like Joseph ran, even when it costs you something.
And if you're already caught, hear this: God doesn't leave His children in the trap. Honest confession and a trusted friend who prays with you can break chains that felt permanent. Take one step toward Him today—He meets you the moment you turn around.
Nobody out-muscles this kind of temptation alone. But nobody walking with God stays trapped forever. That's the choice set before us every single day: drift toward the snare, or draw near to the One who shows you the way out.
Father, keep my heart so close to Yours that temptation loses its pull on me. Give me courage to cut off what entangles me and humility to ask for help when I'm weak. Thank You that You always provide a way of escape. Amen.
