Maybe you've been there. You told the truth and got criticized for it. You were patient with someone who repaid you with rudeness, or you worked with integrity while others cut corners and got the credit.

In those moments, it's tempting to quit being good. Why bother, if all it earns you is grief? But here's the truth: God sees what no one else sees, and He calls your quiet faithfulness commendable.

So today, if doing right costs you something, don't give up and don't strike back. Take a breath, ask God for strength, and keep doing good anyway. That steady, patient love is precious to Him.
Prayer
Dear Lord, when I do good and suffer for it, help me endure with patience instead of bitterness. Remind me that You see every quiet sacrifice, and that my faithfulness matters to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
