Our world loves to say that your body's appetites are just natural, so feed them however you like. Paul faced that same thinking in Corinth, and he called it what it is: a lie. What you do with your body is never spiritually neutral.

“Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
Your body was made for the Lord. It has a purpose far bigger than whatever craving shows up today. When you belong to Christ, your body isn't simply yours to use however you want—it belongs to Him.
So what does that look like this week? Set real boundaries in your relationships, even when no one is watching. Guard your eyes and your mind online. Push back on the casual attitude toward sex that culture keeps selling, because God takes your body seriously.
And here is the good news: the Lord is for your body too. He is not trying to make your life miserable—He is protecting something precious. Every time you choose purity, you are honoring the One who made you and lives in you.
Father, thank You that my body belongs to You and carries eternal purpose. Help me honor You today with my eyes, my choices, and my relationships. Give me strength to say no to temptation and yes to purity. Amen.
